Welcome to Jetamee (“we”, “us”, “app”). We respect your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

  1. Data We Collect
    1.1 Account Data
    Full name
    Email address
    Password (stored encrypted/hashed)
    Profile photo (optional)
    Bio & city location (optional)
    Age and Resting Heart Rate (optional, for analytics)
    1.2 Activity Data
    GPS location when recording an activity (run, walk, bike)
    Distance, duration, calories, elevation, speed
    Heart Rate (Avg & Max) manually entered
    Activity caption/description written by you
    Comments and reactions in the community feed
    1.3 Technical Data
    Push notification token (from Expo Push Service)
    Device identifier for in-app purchases (managed by RevenueCat)
    Error logs for troubleshooting
    Data we DO NOT store: Personal photos you use as activity overlays are not saved to our servers — they are only stored locally in your device’s gallery.
  2. How Data Is Used
    Displaying your profile & statistics in the app
    Serving activity, clan, and leaderboard feeds
    Providing AI Coach recommendations (sending activity summaries to OpenAI; no passwords or contact information)
    Displaying activity route maps (Google Maps for Android, Apple Maps for iOS)
    Sending clan event notifications, badges, and activity reminders
    Managing Premium subscriptions (via Apple StoreKit / RevenueCat)
  3. Third-Party Services
    We use the following services that may process your data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

Apple App Store / StoreKit – subscription payment processing
RevenueCat – subscription lifecycle management (privacy policy)
OpenAI – processing AI Coach prompts (data sent without personal identifiers)
Google Maps Platform – displaying maps (Android)
OpenWeatherMap – weather data for locations you authorize
Expo Push Notification Service – sending push notifications

  1. Data Storage & Security
    Data is stored on a secure MongoDB server with at-rest encryption.
    Communication between the app and the server is always via HTTPS/TLS
    Passwords are hashed using the bcrypt algorithm
    Session tokens expire automatically after 30 days of inactivity
  2. User Rights
    You have the right to:

Data access: view all your personal data in the Profile tab
Edit data: change your profile, bio, and location at any time in Account Settings
Delete account: send an email to temanolahraga@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete Account” — your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Revoke permission: turn off location/notification permissions in your device’s Settings at any time
Revoke consent: stop using the app and delete your account

  1. Minors
    This app is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you become aware of this, please contact us immediately for data deletion.
  2. Data Storage Location
    Data is stored on servers in Indonesia and/or the nearest regional cloud service. Data may be transferred across borders for processing by third-party services (e.g., OpenAI in the United States) in accordance with industry security standards.
  3. Cookies & Tracking
    The mobile application does not use cookies. We do not track third-party advertising. Internal analytics are limited to the use of aggregate features (without personal identifiers).
  4. Policy Changes
    This policy may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be notified via in-app notification. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the most recent version.
